Working together. Growing together. Celebrating together.

On Saturday, 5 April 2025, an entire evening was dedicated to appreciation at the idyllic Halsberg country estate: together with around 40 jubilarians, we celebrated the many years of loyalty, commitment and outstanding work of our employees – from both companies, Zürn Landtechnik and Zürn Harvesting.

After an atmospheric champagne reception in the open air, the guests moved into the festively decorated event hall. There, Rolf Zürn and his two managing director colleagues Florian Smeets and Bernd Ruttmann welcomed the guests. In a short introduction, the partners of our jubilarians were given an insight into the diverse world of the Zürn family – from our roots to our common drive: Innovation and passion for agricultural engineering.

Our jubilarians were honoured individually in several stages for their length of service ranging from 10 to an impressive 35 years – always with personal words, sincere recognition and a lovely gift.

An excellent four-course menu provided culinary highlights. Mentalist Christian Fontagnier then enchanted us with a show full of magical moments – a successful transition to a cosy end to the evening in a convivial atmosphere.

A big thank you to our long-standing employees

You are the foundation of our success. Your experience, your knowledge and your loyalty make our company what it is today. It was an honour for us to celebrate you!

And also a big thank you to everyone who helped organise this special evening – from planning to implementation, you showed how much heart and team spirit is embedded in our corporate culture.

Working at Zürn – more than just a job

Whether in the workshop, in the office or in the field, people count for us. We believe in a strong community, genuine appreciation and long-term prospects. Anyone who works at Zürn becomes part of a team that grows together, supports each other – and celebrates successes together.

You want to be part of it?

Then we look forward to meeting you!
