To complement our portfolio for Econventioanl Farming, we designed the new double-blade mowers that achieve perfect cuts for perfect quality forage and landscape maintenance.
The stand-out feature is the cutter bar with scissor-action blades that deliver particularly clean cuts while drawing less power from the tractor than drum or disc mowers. Furthermore, the design is particularly insect-friendly and enables fast regrowth.

Robust Engineering
These pull-type front mowers feature a particularly sturdy construction ideally suited to standard, modern and powerful tractors. Built for durability, yet impressively light at just 460kg, the machine requires only 5.5kW (7.5hp) – delivering light pulling and excellent fuel efficiency.
Even large masses of material pass in a smooth and consistent flow through the generous space between the cutterbar and the headstock, ensuring efficient operation.
Pull-type parallel linkage
The speciality of the pull-type PRO-LINE models is the kinematic system, which allows the cutterbar to push itself back and up when hitting an obstacle. After passing the obstacle, the cutterbar automatically returns to its working position. Together with the pivoting suspension, this design enables the mower to adapt to any terrain.
Double-blade cutting system
The tried and tested ESM bidux® double-blade cutting system sets the benchmark for producing clean forage. Precision controlled, the blades run vibration-free, boosting work rates and reducing tractor power input.
Clean and soil-friendly cuts
The BIO CROP 275F-PRO front mower has a pull-type parallel linkage frame that allows the cutter bar to swing swiftly when it impacts an obstacle. Supported by mechanical springs, this design provides a pivoting range of up to 15° for optimum contouring even in undulating terrain.
