Weighing and sampling unit for the maize harvest

ZÜRN 700

The tractor-mounted ZÜRN 700 is a plot harvester for silage maize and energy crops. The simple and robust weighing-sampling unit offers a new concept for sampling and analysis.

  • Large weighing container for determining the total plot yield before sampling.
  • Sample container with homogenization of the chopped material immediately before sampling.
  • Uniform good flow at the NIRS sensor (option) with optimized sample presentation for accurate analysis results.
  • Precise mechanical sampling over the entire plot is carried out via a rotor sampler with injector lock directly after the NIRS sensor.
  • Spacious working platform for the operator on the tractor side for high comfort and easy communication with the tractor driver.
  • Powerful overloading blower with pivoting discharge arch for unloading the crop onto a trailer.
  • Optional: mounted forage harvester for trials with maize cracker and interchangeable harvesting header.
