Maximum driver comfort

The modern cab echoes an intelligent use of space that translates into maximum and driver comfort and smart solutions for accommodating the sample kits. All controls and the joystick are ergonomically integrated in the armrest.

Universal header

The universal header with conveyor belt, intake auger and feed roller feeds the straw in an optimal line to the threshing system. The pneumatic clean out system with continious air flow assures a mix free plot harvest.

Separation

The separation takes place a large surface shaker with three steps. The double sieve system - with a upper and lower sieve - produces a very clean grain sample. The sieves are removed without the need of tools and within seconds for quick access to all service points. A quick-release system is available as an option for the surface shaker.

Weighing systems

A choice of weighing systems is available to offer customised solutions for the recording of yields, moisture levels, hectol.

Sampling system

The sampling system allows researchers to obtain reproducible and clearly defined samples. It also offers additional bagging functions that are operated from either the cab or the ground.

The comfort cab

The new comfort cab for the ZÜRN 150 provides a completely new feeling of space. The spacious platform offers plenty of room for the driver and operator. Air-sprung comfort seats and a powerful air conditioning system make even long working days pleasant. The multifunction control lever and all other controls are ergonomically integrated into the armrest.

The sampling system offers various options for taking defined and averaged samples as well as a bagging facility that handles the yields of an entire plot. The sampling system is simple by design and offers straghtforward and comfortable use by the operator. At the same time, the sampling system is also easily accessible from the driver’s seat.

Certified occupant protection (TOPS)

Your safety is our top priority. Occupant protection was a key issue when developing the new comfort cab. So, we had the cab tested by the DLG test centre to the ISO 12117-1 and OSHA 1926 TOPS standards, to which it is certified now. After all, it is not always possible to avoid all hazardous situations in the field or during unloading. These certifications are unbiased and independent confirmations of occupant safety and safety in emergency situations.
