We coat your XXL parts

Our system offers the flexibility to coat parts of any size and number, from small to XXL and from single pieces to high-volume production. We can process parts measuring up to 14 metres in length and weighing up to 4 tonnes.

Environmentally friendly painting technology

Powder coating is a solvent-free and environmentally friendly finishing method. Our facility is optimised for processing steel parts but is also suitable for coating electrically conductive metals such as aluminium and stainless steel. Powder coating is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly method for protecting and finishing surfaces. Our facility is optimised for processing steel parts but also coats electrically conductive metals such as aluminium and stainless steel.

  • For coating aluminium and stainless steel, the paint particles are charged electrostatically to adhere to the surfaces.
  • The coated parts are heated in a powder curing oven, following specific temperature curves that are tailored to each product.
  • We offer a wide range of colours, as well as various gloss levels and textures.

Our new plant naturally meets the latest environmental standards. For instance, the warm exhaust air is recovered using heat exchangers, and wastewater is disposed of separately. However, solvent-free pre-treatment and the cascading of powder in individual chambers minimise wastewater production.

Innovative coating technology

Pre-treatment is the first step in achieving an excellent finish of a metal surface. Before the coat is applied, it is necessary to remove any contaminants including grease, oil and dirt. By combining the process of iron phosphating with a subsequent passivation treatment, we improve the corrosion resistance of the powder coat.

This process meets extremely high quality standards, such as those set by the agricultural machinery manufacturer John Deere.
