This advanced powder coating facility is one of the largest in the region and offers capacity for handling large parts and coating services for other manufacturers.
Our blast cabinet can handle parts weighing up to 10 tonnes. The blasting material is automatically recovered, cleaned and reused.
After washing, the metal can be heated in the curing oven. In this process, the curing oven functions as an adhesive water dryer which removes residual moisture even from the smallest cavities.
The curing oven for powder coatings is equipped with three run-in rails. Curing times and object temperatures are precisely adjusted to suit the specific requirements of each component.
The spacious storage area offers ample room for trucks to load and unload directly within the hall.

Our system offers the flexibility to coat parts of any size and number, from small to XXL and from single pieces to high-volume production. We can process parts measuring up to 14 metres in length and weighing up to 4 tonnes.

Powder coating is a solvent-free and environmentally friendly finishing method. Our new plant naturally meets the latest environmental standards. For instance, the warm exhaust air is recovered using heat exchangers, and wastewater is disposed of separately. However, solvent-free pre-treatment and the cascading of powder in individual chambers minimise wastewater production.
Pre-treatment is the first step in achieving an excellent finish of a metal surface. Before the coat is applied, it is necessary to remove any contaminants including grease, oil and dirt. By combining the process of iron phosphating with a subsequent passivation treatment, we improve the corrosion resistance of the powder coat.
This process meets extremely high quality standards, such as those set by the agricultural machinery manufacturer John Deere.
