For more than 20 years, the PREMIUM FLOW header has impressed farmers with its outstanding performance and throughput, which is based on the active crop feed system via belts. For the upcoming season, Zürn Harvesting is expanding its proven range of cutting platforms by introducing the PREMIUM FLOW FLEX, designed to harvest leguminosae and legumes such as soybean with high accuracy and precision while minimising losses.
With a 150mm vertical travel range, the new Flex header adapts perfectly to undulating ground. This flexibility is achieved by mounting the cutterbar on float arms which are height controlled by robust plastic skids. The ground pressure of these skids can be adjusted from the convenience of the cab.
Retaining all PREMIUM FLOW advantages including changeovers from rapeseed to grain in less than five minutes, the new header offers working widths from 7.60m to 10.70m and is compatible with New Holland, Case IH, John Deere, Fendt and Massey Ferguson combines.
At Agritechnica, we introduced our new belt header with flexible cutterbar to the public. The farm machinery magazine profi exclusively tested a 9.15m version of the new PREMIUM FLOW FLEX last summer.

Zürn Augmented Mechanic (ZAM) combines human expertise with innovative means of communication. The VR headset enables service engineers to assist customers with troubleshooting.
The TOP CUT COLLECT cuts the seed heads of tall growing weed plants above the canopy of the standing crop and then collects the weed seeds in a hopper. The new-generation of the wed harvester now offers intuitive operation from a touchscreen and multifunction lever.
