The PREMIUM FLOW PREMIUM FLOW header with its active transport of the material from the cutterbar to the feeding auger provides a significant increase in the performance of the combine harvester.
The perfect feeding by the PREMIUM FLOW header is the basis for high performance. Due to the active transport the grain is always optimally supplied to the threshing unit, even under changing conditions along the cutting width.
The qualities appreciated most about the PREMIUM FLOW header are a significantly increased combine performance, high reliability, low maintenance and quick changeovers to diff erent crops.
These headers and their unique crop flow system were initially available for John Deere combines only. Now the PREMIUM FLOW headers are also available for New Holland and Case IH combines.

Harvest windows get shorter, and changeovers from one crop to another become more frequent as new varieties move in. This is the scenario in which PREMIUM FLOW delivers optimum results – in any crop and without time-consuming table conversion.
The active crop flow on the long table requires less reel use and ensures the auger collects cut material only, thereby minimising losses.
PREMIUM FLOW is the ideal header for cutting laid crops. Also, its belts feed short material effectively from the cutter bar to the auger. At the same time, the generous 100 cm distance from the cutter bar to the auger ensures long material is fed ears first for effective threshing.
The new PREMIUM FLOW 700PF series high-performance belt headers take the superior header technology with active crop feeding to a new level. The PREMIUM FLOW headers are available for all John Deere, New Holland and Case IH combine harvesters in working widths from 6.70m (22ft) to 12.20m (40ft).
Mounted at a shallower angle, the innovative belts optimise the crop flow to the auger – for even higher throughputs and an even better crop flow.
The belt elements have long and narrow drawers that collect the debris, thereby minimising the need for service and maintenance. The automatic tensioner ensures they are always properly tensioned and perfectly guided.
The belts are driven hydraulically and the speed is controlled steplessly for perfect adaptation to different crops.
The massive 76cm auger offers plenty of space for the crop – for unprecedented results in high-yielding crops and thick rapeseed.
Changeovers to rapeseed can now be performed without tools, and even faster too. Simply hook up the new and extra-light side knives. Then pump up the auger. Done. In just three minutes.
o change the auger position for harvesting rapeseed, simply pump it up hydraulically. No tools required and it takes just a few seconds - thanks to the superior drive geometry.
In the past we occasionally combined rapeseed that was not fully matured, just because converting the header was such a hassle. Today, we switch from cereals to rape-seed and back up to four times per season. That takes no longer than 5 minutes for one person. Excellent.
The PREMIUM FLOW proves its reliability year after year – also in difficult conditions. We remove the debris under the conveyor belts only once per season. On our first PREMIUM FLOW header, the original belts still did a top job even after nine years of use.
